- We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details.

- Order Acceptance & Cancellation
- An order is considered accepted only after payment confirmation and order acknowledgment.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing
- Suspected fraud or misuse
- Incorrect customer details
If payment has been received, the amount will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and logistics partners.
- Delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.) shall not be our liability.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery.
- Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy, available on the Platform.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Slight variations in colour, design, or appearance due to AI-generated images do not qualify for return or refund.
- Return or exchange must be within 15 days of the purchase.
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated by the purchaser and all costs to return a product/exchange a product/products must be borne by the purchaser.
- Intellectual Property Rights
- All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, designs, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of HuesKart.
- Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
- User Conduct
You agree not to:

- Upload malicious code or content

Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
